I am one of the lucky folks who refers to Winthrop as my hometown. I love this community and cherish my relationship with old-timers, part-timers and newcomers.

I enjoy giving time and energy to our community’s non-profit sector and value community service. I am currently a commissioner on Winthrop’s Planning Commission board and have been a past member of the towns Infrastructure Committee, the Parks & Recreation Stakeholders Committee and served on the Methow Recycles board. I have been a lead volunteer on the Winthrop Riverwalk Trail committee for several years. My deep-seated roots helped to build strong relationships with stakeholders, allowing me to act as a facilitator between land and business owners and the Town of Winthrop. Working collaboratively, we found success in securing easements, building trust, and creating positive momentum for this project, which is set to break ground in 2026.

I graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Outdoor Recreation. In addition to a life well-lived in the Methow, I spent greater parts of a decade commercial fishing in Alaska and the Puget Sound and have travelled extensively throughout many parts of the worlds. I am the mother to two awesome young adults and love to ski, bike, golf, cook, read and spend time with family and friends.

As the community continues to grow, I believe we have an an opportunity to nurture the Methow Valley into an even more vibrant place to live, visit and play. Please reach out if I can assist you!
